NH DALTON — Dalton Planning Board advances two preliminary subdivision applications. The board conditionally approved advancement of a Kenison lot line adjustment on Hall Road and a Nelson three-parcel subdivision on Faraway Road, both pending submission of completed applications, abutters lists, and fees. The Nelson project scales from an original lot line adjustment and two-parcel plan to a simpler three-parcel model, with parcels of approximately 12 acres and two 20-acre parcels; the 12-acre parcel is likely bound for abutting property owner Steven Shaw.

The board also reviewed a Tucker Road construction plan for information only, as the town's maintenance responsibility extends only to the first driveway.
