Planning Board advances two property projects pending applications

Planning Board · Meeting of March 9, 2026

NH DALTON — The Dalton Planning Board approved two property development projects pending applicant submissions. Rusty and Stephanie Kenison's lot line adjustment on Hall Road and Chris Nelson's three-parcel subdivision on Faraway Road—initially proposed as a lot line adjustment plus two parcels but simplified to three parcels—both advanced to public hearing with contingencies on completed applications, abutting-neighbor lists, and required fees. The three Nelson parcels would measure approximately 12 acres with 400 feet of frontage, 20 acres with 500 feet of frontage, and 20 acres with 500 feet of frontage, with the smallest parcel likely to be sold to abutting property owner Steven Shaw.
