HCA selects environmental lawyer for document guidance.

NH DALTON — The Dalton Historic and Cultural Assets Committee voted unanimously to request a letter of engagement from environmental attorney Marcia Brown of NHBrown Law. All five members present approved the motion after Brown detailed her experience in coastal planning, solar site contracting, DES regulatory work, and environmental law. Brown holds a master's degree in environmental law and chairs a cooperative of attorneys available for additional resources.

The committee will next meet May 18, 2026.
