NH DALTON — Dalton's Host Community Agreement committee unanimously approved engagement with attorney Marcia Brown as legal counsel. Brown, with NHBrown Law, presented credentials including work on attorney general super sites, coastal state planning, environmental regulatory experience, and a Master's degree in environmental law; she chairs an attorney cooperative available for additional consultation. The five committee members present voted unanimously to request a letter of engagement from Brown.
The committee also unanimously approved March meeting minutes.
