NH DALTON — Dalton Conservation Commission elected Jon Swan as chair at its October 20 meeting. The commission unanimously voted for Swan, with members Ernie Hannaford, Carol Sheltry, and Michael Carrier present. The commission also approved the $260 New Hampshire Association of Conservation Commissions membership fee for 2027, due by December 31.
It canceled its October 24 fall trail walk due to safety concerns from logging activity.
